Tax Information Delivery Options

Please refer to the following list for options on how to provide your tax information to us throughout the temporary office closure.

1. Digitally: You can send your information securely using our secure dropbox. We can accept PDF, Word, Excel and numerous image formats. Please ensure scans and photos are clear. The government announced a temporary measure that allows you to authorize your return for filing by electronic signature.

2. By Mail: You can use Canada Post to deliver your information to our postal box. We will be picking up the mail on a regular basis. Address to:

3. Pick-Up Within City Limits: Contact us to arrange for home pick-up. We will call on arrival and ask you to place your information in a box. Please do not wrap the information in plastic. If you live outside of town, we can arrange another location to meet in the city for you to provide your information.

4. Drop off at the office: You may drop your documents off at the office from 9:30 am – 4:30 pm from Monday to Friday. Please note that the Johnston Terminal building is not fully reopened yet. You will need to use the doors on the riverside facing the market.
