Values and Priorities

The first step in building your life vision is to complete the Values Worksheet shown below.

Your values and priorities are the foundation of your life plan. When you are clear about what is most important to you, i.e. what makes your life meaningful, you are inspired and energized to take the actions that move you toward your life vision.  Keeping your top three to five values in mind helps you and your advisor design a financial strategy that is compelling and satisfying for you.

If you have a spouse, it is important to work through your values separately so that you aware of your differences. During the planning session we will aggregate your individual values to find common ground as the foundation for your life plan together.
